New world wines are often
thought of as soft, fruity easy-drinking styles. This is very
true, but we should also remember that the new world has had
strong influence from the old world with regards to terroir,
ageing, extraction, etc. which has over the last number of
years led to wines coming from the new world with old world
styles such as Chablis, Bordeaux, Rioja. This has to be taken
as a compliment to the old world with such fine examples as
the award winning Torreon de Parades Don Amado from Chile
and Michel Torino Altimus from Argentina. We do hope you enjoy
our range!
